Abbiamo appena ricevuto una convocazione della Commissione d’Inchiesta Parlamentare del Parlamento sulla Sicurezza dei Trasporti Marittimi :
- Presidente Daniel PAUL Deputato della Seine Maritime (Gruppo Comunista)
- Relatore Jean Yves LE DRIAN Deputato del Morbihan (Gruppo Socialista)
per una "audizione congiunta" di ANALYTIKA il 15 Marzo 2000 alle 16.15.
 

La nuova analisi GC/MS(1)pubblicata da Paris Match, il 9 Marzo 2000 ed effettuata su domanda di questo settimanale da due altri laboratori indipendenti su di un campione del carico della petroliera ERIKA – prelevato in mare da elicottero alla verticale del relitto –e su controllo d’ufficiale giudiziario, confermano i risultati annunciati da ANALYTIKA alla fine del Gennaio 2000 quanto al carattere altamente cancerogeno del carico.

Il fallimento del sistema di veglia sanitaria francese

I risultati resi pubblici dall’INERIS – tre mesi dopo la data del naufragio dell’ERIKA mentre migliaia di volontari si sono già esposti senza formazione, né informazione, quanto al carattere altamente cancerogeno di questo carico, - rivelano il fallimento del nostro sistema di  veglia sanitaria

Questo è concentrato nelle mani di funzionari ed universitari (a cui facilmente si può mettere la museruola, viste le pressioni di ogni tipo a cui sono soggetti da parte del governo e dell’industria, pressioni alle quali non sanno resistere poiché ne dipende la loro stessa esistenza), - e che si sono – di nuovo - rivelati incapaci di fornire un’informazione ONESTA, SCIENTIFICA e VERITIERA.

I silenzi complici de l’INERIS

 

Fin dal Gennaio 2000, avevamo precisato « Per dei numerosi altri rappresentanti della famiglia dei IAP idrocarburi aromatici policiclici (IAP sostituiti) e quelle dei tiopoliciclici,- presenti a delle dosi relativamente forti e formalmente identificati dalla nostra inchiesta, non esiste a nostra conoscenza alcun dato tossicologico disponibile in Europa, ma il loro carattere cancerogeno è formalmente riconosciuto dall’Agenzia Americana di Protezione dell’ Ambiente (US-EPA)»

La nostra analisi dello scarico ERIKA ci ha permesso di separare 130 componenti, per i quali abbiamo effettuato una ricerca sistematica di similitudine spettrale, che conduce alle proposte d’identificazione di cui sotto.

Queste scorie risultano essere un miscela MOLTO ricca in IAP sostituiti e in composti tiopoliciclici, anch’essi cancerogeni.
Ora, l'INERIS fa menzione nelle sue "conclusioni" soltanto dei 16 IAP già in lista passando assolutamente sotto silenzio tutti questi composti -cancerogeni-.

« Occorre che la prospettiva della marea nera sia tanto catastrofica per il caricatore e l’armatore che per le vittime ».

« Non è più accettabile che la collettività subisca in pieno i danni causati da una corsa sfrenata al profitto ».

Ma, il cuore ha ragioni che la ragione ignora !!! Come testimoniano le dichiarazioni del Governo del 3 Febbraio 2000 al Parlamento:

 

Lionel JOSPIN - Primo Ministro :
 « non è indispensabile prendere alla lettera le indicazioni allarmiste del Laboratorio ANALYTIKA.
(s’appoggia sui risultati d’analisi di testimoni forniti da TOTALFINA !),

Dominique VOYNET - Ministro per l’Ambiente :
«esistono numerose zone d’ombra sulle condizioni di prelievo e d’analisi del laboratorio privato di Toulon che ha affermato che si tratta di scorie tossiche ».(parla dei nostri risultati finora TOTALmente ignorati dai suoi servizi)


La determinazione d'ANALYTIKA resta dunque intatta e:

- attiriamo l’attenzione delle autorità interessate – e supposte competenti- sui rischi di salute pubblica che hanno fatto prendere ai decontaminatori « volontari » di fronte ai prodotti che manipolano (numerose sostanze presenti nelle emissioni ERIKA tossiche cancerogene e mutogene) (Cf. la Direttiva Europea 76/769/CEE, modificata il 28 Ottobre 1996, che precisa che si tratta di prodotti che "non devono essere messi a disposizione del pubblico")

- esigiamo che la decontaminazione costiera sia- d’ora in avanti- riservata a specialisti formati e remunerati da TotolFina (in applicazione del principio « inquinatore-pagatore »), e che le prefetture delle province francesi toccate da questa grande catastrofe ecologica CESSINO finalmente di lanciare un appello ai volontari.

- reclamiamo che i nostri risultati relativi alla vera natura del vero carico dell’ERIKA siano ascoltati il più rapidamente possibile da una commissione d’esperti europei, scelti dal Commissario Europeo, e indipendenti dall’industria petrolifera..
