Les nouvelle analyse GC/MS(1)
publiées par PARIS MATCH le 9 Mars 2000 et effectuées à
la demande de cet hebdomadaire par deux autres laboratoires indépendants
sur un échantillon de la cargaison du pétrolier ERIKA -prélevé
en mer par hélicoptère à la verticale de l'épave-
et sous contrôle d'huissier confirment les résultats annoncés
par ANALYTIKA fin Janvier 2000 quant au caractère hautement
cancérigène de la cargaison.
La faillite du système de veille sanitaire francais
Les résultats rendus
publics par l'INERIS -trois mois après la date du naufrage de l'ERIKA
et alors que des milliers de bénévoles se sont déjà
exposés sans formation, ni information, quant au caractère hautement
cancérigène de cette cargaison- révèlent
la faillite de notre système de veille
sanitaire.
Celui-ci est concentré
entre les mains de fonctionnaires et universitaires, facilement muselés
sous les pressions de toutes natures dont ils sont l'objet, de la part du gouvernement
et de l'industrie -auxquelles ils ne savent pas résister puisque leur
existence même en dépend-, et qui se sont -à nouveau- révélés
incapables de délivrer une information HONNETE, SCIENTIFIQUE et VERIDIQUE.
Les silences complaisants de l'INERIS
Dès le mois de Janvier 2000, nous avions précisé "Pour de nombreux autres représentants de la famille des HAP hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAP substitués) et de celle des thiopolycycliques, -présents à de relativement fortes teneurs et formellement identifiés par notre investigation, il n'existe à notre connaissance aucune donnée toxicologique disponible en Europe, mais leur caractère cancérigène est formellement reconnu par l'Agence Américaine de Protection de l'Environnement US-EPA)".
Notre analyse du rejet ERIKA
nous a permis d'y séparer 130 composants, pour lesquels nous avons effectué
une recherche systématique de similitude spectrale, conduisant aux propositions
d'identification ci-dessous.
Ce déchet s'avère ainsi être un mélange TRES riche
en HAP substitués et en composés thiopolycycliques,
cancérigènes eux aussi.
Or, l'INERIS ne mentionne dans ses "conclusions" que les 16 HAP "listés"
et passe tous ces composés -cancérigènes-
sous silence.

Mais, le coeur a ses raisons que la raison d'état ignore !!! comme en témoignent les déclarations gouvernementales du 3 Février 2000 à l'Assemblée Nationale :

ses services)
La détermination d'ANALYTIKA reste donc intacte
et:
- nous attirons
l'attention des autorités concernées -et supposées compétentes-
sur les risques certains de santé publique qu'ils font courir aux décontaminateurs-"bénévoles"
face aux produits qu'ils manipulent (de nombreuses substances présentes
dans le rejet ERIKA toxiques, cancérigènes et mutagènes)
(Cf. la Directive Européenne 76/769/CEE, modifiée le 28 Octobre
1996, précisant qu'il s'agit de produits "ne devant pas être mises
à la disposition du grand public")
- nous exigeons
que la décontamination côtière soit -dorénavant-
réservée à des spécialistes formés et rémunérés
par TotalFina (en application du principe "pollueur-payeur"), et que les préfectures
des départements français touchés par cette catastrophe
écologique majeure CESSENT enfin de lancer leurs appels à bénévoles.
- nous réclamons
que nos résultats relatifs à la vraie nature de la vraie cargaison
de l'ERIKA soient audités le plus rapidement possible par une commission
d'experts européens, choisis par le Commissariat Européen à
l'Environnement, et indépendants de l'industrie pétrolière.
